Requesting a Refund

Our 7-day refund policy and what happens after a refund is processed through Stripe.

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of each student-profile purchase. Family payments happen on the web through Stripe, not through Apple in-app purchase.

When you qualify

  • It's been 7 days or fewer since that student profile was purchased.
  • The purchase was a family Stripe payment.

That's it. You don't have to explain why.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@usescribble.com from the address on your Scribble account.
  2. Tell us which student profile purchase you want refunded.
  3. We'll process the refund through Stripe for the actual amount paid after any discount.

What happens after we process it

  • Stripe refunds your original payment method.
  • That student profile's iPad access ends.
  • The profile is archived in your dashboard.
  • The student's learning data remains available unless you ask us to delete it.

If you want the student data deleted as well, say so in the same email — we'll do a full deletion.

After 7 days

After 7 days, refunds are not automatic. If something has gone seriously wrong, contact us and we'll review it.
