Course Linkage
How Scribble is connected to your Alpha course structure, and what that means for staff visibility.
Scribble is one of the apps wired into your Alpha course structure. Course linkage is what tells Scribble which Timeback courses count as Scribble cohorts.
What course linkage gives you
- A way to look at Scribble reports filtered by course.
- A clean separation between students who are actively in the Scribble part of the program and students who aren't.
Course linkage is configured during Alpha onboarding. Staff don't typically need to change it day-to-day.
What staff can see
Open Dashboard → Alpha → Courses to see the courses linked to Scribble in your school. For each course, you can see:
- The number of students linked from that course.
- Aggregate progress signals — how many are practicing this week, average daily XP, LPM trends.
- A drill-down to individual student reports.
Changing course linkage
If a course's linkage looks wrong — for example, students are missing from a Scribble cohort that should include them — contact support@usescribble.com. Course linkage changes are coordinated with Alpha onboarding rather than made unilaterally from the dashboard.
