Switching Organizations
If your email is part of more than one Scribble organization, here's how to switch between them on the web dashboard.
Most adults only belong to one Scribble organization. But some belong to several — for example, a teacher who is also a parent, or an admin who works across multiple schools. The dashboard supports switching between organizations.
The organization switcher
When you sign into the web dashboard, you land on the active organization. The active organization is shown in the top-left of the dashboard with its name.
If you belong to more than one organization, tap the organization name to open the switcher. Pick the organization you want to view; the dashboard reloads with that organization's students, members, and settings.
What switches and what doesn't
When you switch organizations:
- The students, reports, and members you see all change.
- Your role can be different per organization — you might be an owner in one and an admin in another.
- Settings and billing always reflect the active organization.
Your iPad sign-in is per-account, not per-organization. Once you sign in on iPad with your adult email, you'll see whichever student profiles your account has access to across your organizations.
What if you don't see an organization you expect?
You only see organizations where your email has been added as a member. If an organization is missing:
- Confirm the owner or admin added your exact email.
- Check whether you've been removed from that organization.
- Sign out and sign in again to refresh.
If it's still missing, contact support@usescribble.com.
