Support and Data Requests

For support, email hello@usescribble.com. Include the affected account, school or organization name if applicable, and a short description of the issue.

The current version of Scribble is available through select partner schools while we prepare broader access for additional schools and families. If you are interested in using Scribble, please join the waitlist from the homepage.

Parents, guardians, schools, and authorized administrators may request access, correction, export, deletion, or retention review for student, account, family, or organization records.

If you need an account deleted or access removed, contact Scribble support. For school-managed accounts, we may coordinate with the authorized school administrator before completing the request.

We review support and data requests as quickly as practical. Some requests may require identity, account, parent, guardian, or school authorization before we can complete them.
